CSIL Holds First Holy Spirit Mass

On June 22, 2018, Colegio Sta.Isabel of Laguna (CSIL) held the Holy Spirit Mass to mark the beginning of the academic year, 2018-2019. Basically, the Holy Spirit Mass is also the time in which the Isabelian community gather together to thank God for the gifts of creation and salvation and also to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit during the school year.

The grade 10 students under the guidance of their adviser,Mrs. Armida Advento, performed the doxology for the opening of the Holy Mass. They also sponsored the celebration of the Holy Mass as the current highest level in school with Reverend Father Abarca, Parish Priest of Sts.Peter and Paul Parish,Siniloan, Laguna, main celebrant. It was indeed a peaceful and spiritual celebration for everyone with God and with one another. Thanks to the choir
headed by Ms. Aubrey Manambit from different grade levels who sang passionately during the Holy Mass Ms.Joyce Tuller also joined the choir.Subsequently, a short break and Induction of new students at the school gym followed where they introduced themselves to the CSIL Community. Everyone enjoyed being together as one family. Lunch thereafter followed. The last activity for the day was the election of the new set of class officers who shall exercise specifictasks to help the school maintain a peaceful, happy, active and orderly institution , faithful to its vision of developing individuals who are God-caring and God-loving persons imbued with moral values and are globally competitive. With the grace of the Holy Spirit, the activities ended up successfully. We pray for a fruitfulschool year to all of us! Animo Isabelians!
